Another recent find a silver Spanish Real of the Royal couple Ferdinand and Isabelle, undated, but from their reign from about 1476 until 1516,found in France and as found uncleaned for the pic, another one for my Deus.

Very good condition and very wonderful find.

In the 9 years that I've been searching here I have already found one piece of this kind , so they can also be found in Belgium
See foto's of my very similar model ( Spaanse reaal Ferdinand en Isabella 1474-1504)

Greetings
Wim (Belgium)

wow !! Congratulations to find. It is a great piece. that currency may be worth quite a lot of euros! You want me to look at some catalog?

:please: That'd be interesting, cleaned up really well,it's an unusual find in France, but proof that in the past gold, silver and copper had value no matter which country they were minted, silver coins in particular are relatively common from the 17th/18th century,Italian,Belgian and of course Spanish coins circulated freely in the south of France
