Interesting passage in God's word. Thoughts?

Since there are no takers, I thought about following in another persons footsteps on a beach. The person may have a much different stride and gait than we have. So we would have to exert ourselves to follow in his footsteps.
What about following in Jesus footsteps as the scripture posted brings out? A question we could ask ourselves is "how am I doing in this regard?" Am I treating others as Jesus did? Sure many have differing opinions but Jesus treated everyone with dignity.
Many times thru the gospels Jesus is called "teacher", do I try as Jesus did to teach others about God's Kingdom as Jesus did? Do I show love for others as Jesus did to the point of laying his life down for us? Just a few things to help us to think. HH
