1 Little Thing I'd like To See....

...if/when we get an update is, on the E-Trac, I could see the pattern for different modes/patterns next to the program which helped in selecting the proper program. On the CTX, however, all it says next to each mode is an icon with the mode number in it. This makes it hard for me to choose the correct mode that I want because I can't visualize what the mode it when making my selection. I would really like to see the little icon updated to show what the pattern of that mode is. Maybe this is possible and I just haven't figured it out yet but I don't think it is possible at this point. Please Minelab, put this feature in an update for me/us. -Marc

Drag the program from your CTX into xchange2
Edit the program and change the name at the top, it will display the name of your program on the detector mode selection. Or you can make the mode in Exchange2 and name it what you want, then drag it over to your CTX

Thanks for the input. I know I can change the name but I really liked the little icon so that I could see what the pattern was. I wish we could also change the name of modes on the actual detector rather than having to get the PC involved. Who knows, maybe all these things are coming in an update.
