It's not hard if you have the right stuf. You can use Windows Movie maker that comes with XP. I use Adobe Premeire Pro but movie make will produce the same thing except yu can't edit the video and add titles. Just grab a video cam that has firewire and you can rip the video off the tape to a media file in one easy step. It's fairly easy! The only problem is finding a host for the video.
