Im getting alot of 00 31 and then it goes to 00 29, 00 28 and back to 00 31 is that just iron? and it is reading deep.

00 31 is HOT ROCKS. Likely you are running to high of sensitivity, the soil is thin and have your coil on the soil. Iron is iron... you will hear it as wrap around, but it will show up in the upper left side of the screen or as rust in the lower right side.

With my SE pro when I get a reading of 00-29, nice high pitch and it keeps going back there as it bounces around it's usually a quarter.

If it stay on 00 29 its a large coins... sometimes silver, but its also copper like large cents. Generally if it stays 00 28, its aluminum..... 0027 is tin cans which sometimes will read 03 28. But like i said 00 31 is HOT ROCKS. 31 31 well thats a meteor.

i went into a field the other day and marked all the targets i found with se pro..........i am testing G2

disregard all bottom readings, all top reading are from se pro................sef 10x12............auto 32

nothing is ever what it seems most of the time........size, depth and material make up create for many different readings..............the thing to consider is depth and the se pro will reach on down there.

deep iron will fool us all at times as do some types of bottle caps.
