    High Trash Area Coils

    I have the xterra 50. The machine is great. However I am having trouble in high trash areas. I am using the 7.5 kHz concentric. What is the best coil I can use for these areas? I do have the 6" 18 kHz coil however I have not tried it much. Any hints and tips would be appreciated for hunting...

    GB -F-4

    Do you guys GB at every site you detect? Is that like the FIRST thing you do when arriving? Probably a stupid question. But I am just now learning this f-4 machine. Oh I do live in High Iron area... Tater

    F-4 Help

    I just bought a new f-4. I have been metal detecting for 15 yrs with a 1265x machine. So I really don't know if this is a problem with the f-4 OR I am just not used to this new technology yet. I have not had much time to try it out since I got it a month ago. All I have spent with it is 2hrs...
