    Opening and repairing switch & battery leads on a Fisher 1265x

    Hello guys, I have recently bought a fisher 1265x working except for a few problems... 1. The toggle switch underneath has snapped off and needs replacing 2. The battery plugs are corroded and i need to replace the battery leads. Can anyone tell me how to open up the 1265x please, and I had one...

    1200 Coil will it fit on 1265x and 1266x

    Hello All,Can anyone help, I have been offered a 8 inch coil of a Fisher 1200, but I dont know if it will fit on a 1265x and a 1266x, does anyone know? Thank you PS - If it fits will the coil need calibrating or will it just 'plug and play'?
