    exp2 101/2" coil will

    it work on the new exp.SE without any problems? I know the pinpoint will be a little larger but I can live with that.

    Using the 101/2" coil from the exp.2 on the exp.SE

    would their be any negatives if you do this other than the pin point would be a little wide with the wide base 101/2" coil. Would any readings change, depth meter, etc. ? Thanks,e.h. in Texas

    Questions about the SE

    Should a person let the coil slide over the ground or keep the coil about 1" above the ground? Should a person noise cancel with the coil at knee level or should you lay the coil on the ground? Thanks ahead of time. I have seen these two methods done in the field is the reason I ask.
