    More interesting testing indoors

    I have a small plastic bucket of earth which is about 5.5 to 6 inches deep with earth- it is packed firm. The T2 gave an i.d of 45 one way and about 25 in the other direction on a gold ring, this was with 0 discrim, tone 2+ and sens at 80, i was getting a bit of chatter but thats expected in 0...

    First day out

    Took a day off work today and got out with the T2. I have done a brief report on the UKDN forum here in the UK. I am pleased with the performance but am still on a learning curve so will do a lot more testing at home before getting back out in the field. Many thanks for all the postings on here...

    Ground Cancelling

    I always search in discrim mode - is it best to use the fast grab or do it manually in all metal then switch over to discrim - just wondered if anyone had done any trials/ comparisons. regards Dan.

    Arrived yesterday

    T2 arrived yesterday, have done some air tests and tests with items under a bucket of earth. Very impressed with depth and sensitivity and its a very light machine.
