    Bird Band?

    I found this bird band this spring in a rural area of northern Minnesota. It is not a Federal band. The Minnesota DNR doesn't seem to know anything about it. I have contacted National Band and Tag Co. because it appears to be a riveted band that they manufacture,but I have come up empty handed...
