    Do I remove the coil cover?

    Okay, I know most of you will laugh at this question, but in all the videos I've watched and everything that I have read it never mentioned this. So, the plastic cover on the bottom of the coil, I assume I remove it when the detector is in use. Is this correct? Thanks.
