    E-Trac Beach pattern

    It has worked well for me. I would say create it and test it on your machine with some of the questionable objects others have mentioned....small chains, small rings, etc. I can tell you that I have found many small SILVER rings with it and some small SILVER chains. I wish I could tell you...

    Well I'm on electrical tape for now until the whole thing disintegrates. Then I'll go with one of the total replacement options mentioned above.

    You dont want to discriminate much of anything on the beach. Maybe just a little in the iron zone near the bottom of the discrimination pattern screen.

    First silver of the year.

    Great start to the new year! All of my found war nickels ring up in the regular nickel range but that could be due to my usual discrimination pattern being pretty tight around the nickel zone. At lower trash sites I'll sometimes search with a looser pattern.

    Found a loaded 357!

    Cool hunt. I found an apple watch this fall beach hunting. I was able to locate the owner based on the picture that was on the home screen of the watch -- a professional photographer's pic of a local soccer team. I received a reward for returning the watch!
