    Simple Silver

    Pulled the trigger.

    I ran mine for the first time this week. There is a learning curve to become familiar with the custom settings but it did run nice without much adjustment on the park program. I feel the excitement again especially with that 6" coil on there! Enjoy your new machine and good hunting.

    I did not find the Anfibio shaft yet. The Kruzer shaft is definitely lighter for sure, I just want the Anfibio shaft for convenience on strapping it to my bike! Let me know if you would like to trade if you end up with the machine! Thanks

    Field Mode - Can Someone Tell Me What I Am Missing?

    Voltage Controled Ocillation (VCO) usually makes pinpointing easier, because the closer you get to the target the louder the signal becomes. I think this is what you are experiencing in field mode! It also applies to the size of the target.

    Simplex battery life

    I would say you can go 12+ hours before needing to think about recharging in my experience, this is over several 3-4 hour uses, not one continuous use! I don’t know if that makes a difference at all.
