    Still works!

    My etrac has sat under a bed for 6 years. Well it still works perfect. The screen was frozen a few times over those years but its still working. Now what all have I missed here in the forums? Guess ill be reading a ton now that I'm back.

    etrac noise cancel

    All the research iv done to get a new detector has been useful. I found a guy testing the frequency emitted from the etrac coil. It was only 1 frequency but raised and lowered as he changed the noise cancel. That made think about low conductor items being picked up better with higher kHz...

    Has anyone ever figured out a bigger coil or mod to use a different coil? A broken coil would be nice to take apart and get some reading on and see the Components in it. Any one have one?
