    Found my first Silver!

    :cheers: I think that I'm starting to get the hang of my new (to me) explorer xs. I found my first silver , 1919 merc, and my first button,(dunno what it is), along with a really rough wheatie and some bullets. I think if I keep working with this machine I'm going to love it. I hope the pics...

    New to forum but would like some advice

    I have been looking at the ex and exII for sale on ebay and given all that I have read it seems to me ( a novice detectorist ) that there isn't much difference between the two becides the two readings on the screen. I guess my question would be, Is this true, or would you suggest buying the exII...
