    Garrett or not Garrett: AT Gold or Fisher F75?

    I've been trying to decide on which new detector to pull the pin on. My friend has the Garrett AT Pro, which I like except for the no threshold. The AT Gold supposedly has this as an option. I don't see myself doing much beach hunting - I've only done that a few times in the past 30 years...
