    My E-trac beat out by a Bounty Hunter!

    Went to my local hunting place and decided to hunt next to this old chainlink fence. Could'nt get close to it cause the E-trac would just go nuts. I gave up on the fence idea and went elsewhere. I later looked over that way and a guy is hunting that same fence with what looks like a Wal-mart...

    Hunting in a local ball park that is not old enough to have silver coins but figured someone would loose jewlery. I did fine a couple of pieces but turned out to be junk.     Why so many nails in coin program?

    I'm new with the E-trac but have noticed that i'm digging an aweful lot of nails. I havent tried to install any new programs or make any changes yet, only had it a few days. Tried the "high trash" program but seem to be geting less hits which is good I guess. I am digging some deep stuff though...

    USB don't reconize the E-trac?

    Can't seem to get them to talk to each other? I'm running window 7 and the Exchange program loaded no sweat but the PC wont connect to the E-trac. Anybody run across this?

    First finds with the new E-trac!

    Only got to hunt for about an hour last night but was really impressed! Just a brief skim through the manual and AA batteries in the detector (cause the main battery is still charging) I went to one of my close to home hunting sites. Found some clad and a silver plated "coin plate"?? Not sure...

    Batteries for the E-trac.

    How do the barreries hold up for the E-trac? I just recieved my new one today and was curious if I sould get another rechargable battery. How bout the 1800 Nimh, is it worth the extra money? I had two rechargable pack for my DFX and only if I was out all day would one not be enough.
