    Any idea what this is?

    I found this in the Keys after the last hurricane. It was about 4" down and totally encrusted with just the tip showwing. The 1/2 reale was stuck to the bottom. Someone suggested a sail repair needle. I found it with my Whites 6000di pro. Thanks Zootman[attachment 13908 encrustedobject.JPG]
