    Super 12 and M6

    I bought A Super 12 coil and for some reason it does not perform good at all on my M6, It performs just like the stock coil. When I put the Super 12 on my MXT I get more depth and it works much better. Anyone have any idea why this is? Whites advertises the Super 12 for use on the M6 but...

    Is there a difference between the 5.3 eclipse and the 4x6 DD coils?

    I have the 5.3 eclipse and am wondering if I should have bought the 4x6 instead? Would the 4x6 be better for gold, maybe?

    How to start with nugget hunting?

    Prizm 5 vs M6 ?

    Want to get one of these to compliment my MXT but not sure if I should shell out the extra 200 bucks for he M6. Does it really get that much deeper than the Prizm 5? I had a coinmaster and I found all kinds of coins with it at 5"

    How is the Prizm 5?

    Looking for a machine to replace my (dont freak out) MXT. Is the Prizm 5 a decent machine? I was looking at the M6 but cant see any difference . I would like something not as noisy as a friggen carnival. I mostly do coinshooting, I can always use the MXT for a backup or gold hunting if I want.

    Is the M6 noisy like the MXT?

    Ive got an MXT and its driving me mad, due to noise. Its very hard to distinguish targets no matter how I set it up. Ive got a 5.3 eclipse and ratphones. Thinking about an M6, is it a quiter machine? or is it similar to the MXT as far as noise is concerned? Thanks.

    Hardshell Carry Case for the MXT?

    Has anyone made a hardshell case for the MXT or any of their detectors? I am considering the kellyco HS case but it does not look like it fits. I might end up making a case.

    Is it legal to detect parks?

    I am very worried about having my detector confiscated, Is it legal in parks, schools and open areas? I know it depends on each city codes but what are the chances of being confiscated? I dont want to break any laws but I am willing to XXXXX XXXXXXXXX XXXX .......

    Is air testing accurate for determining depth?

    Did some tests today with different coins on the ground and with many different adjustments. Do buried coins show up deeper that doing air tests? I only got about 8" doing air testing and am wondering when actually locating buried objects if I can get deeper than 8"? I am using the 5.3.

    I need to pickup a small eclipse or an excelerator for coinshooting but, What coil could I use for coinshooting and gold? Maybe one of those 4x6 coils?

    Is the mxt that bad at coinshooting?

    I am on the verge of buying a new machine and really like the mxt but ive read alot that its not very good at coinshooting. Why? I am considering an mxt because its a multipurpose unit but I will be doing mostly coinshooting. Maybe a prizm 4 would do what I need?
