    thanks guys.Larry thanks for putting the detailed information on the settings for the v3.I have had this detector for a little over a year and there is so much i still need to learn.This detector is by far the best I have ever swung.

    1860 Maryland Militia belt buckle

    found this belt plate in Queen Anne's County Maryland with my Whites spectra v3 detector.was about 8 inches down in a field.I did some research on it and found it was made in Massachusetts around 1860 for the confederate militia in Maryland.
