    2500 Gold settings??

    Can someone tell me what the best gold(nuggets) settings are for the 2500? I will probably be hunting river beds, bedrock crevices etc. Also any nugget hunting tips would be great! Eric

    Just spent a couple of hours getting to know my new 2500. Question.... I buried three coins in different areas in my yard.(quarter, dime, nickel) I put them down about 4-5 inches. When I go over them in factory preset coin discrimination mode I get a voice reading of "5 B" on every coin...

    When testing my Garrett 2500 in the house with multiple coins, I get this response when I wave a silver dollar over the coil. First it say's 12(okay I get that) Then when I press the imaging button it says "5 B at two inches" WHAT IS THE "5" SHE IS REFERRING TO"????? Almost all coins get this...
