    First hunt. 3030 is a beast

    Not a lot, but it was a short hunt. The field I was detecting has been hit for 20+ years, and I have never found anything in it...until now.

    New Jersey Copper & 1753 Spanish 1/2 real

    I went to a local spot with a buddy of mine today that had some good history today and I found these two there. Needless to say, I'm pretty stoked! The pictures were taking on a cellphone, I'll have some clearer ones up tomorrow! Found a junk ring too with a bunch of clad.

    A couple days worth of finds, a couple of question marks.

    Both of these were found at a site that's been in use since the 1600's. The pin looking did have a pin on the back but it broke off.     Colonial Knee Buckle

    Almost perfect! Was dug super deep next to a stone wall. Felt nice to pull this after digging junk for hours in this heat.

    Nickels.

    Anyone not pulling many nickels with the E-Trac? I think in the two months I've had it I've found like 3:confused: I upgraded from an Ace 250 and I was always pulling them with that. Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong?
