    oldest coin so far

    this is a mexican coin found in a park near the soccer fields. the park is not that old so i know it was a recent drop. i think the coin is brass but the gold tone had me going for a minute.

    coil size and vdi s

    can different coils give you different vdi readings? it seems that the 12 inch coil gives a different vdi than the 4x6 by a few numbers.

    naples fl gold

    new to the forum. been detectin for about 1 and a half years. started with the mxt 300 and about 8 months ago added the beachhunter id 300 since i am pretty close to the beach.both machines have produced good finds.get back with ya later.
