    Question about buying Whites metal detector

    Hi, I've been looking on craigslist for a used metal detector. I'm trying to find a fun hobby to do with my 10 year old daughter on weekends. I was offered a Whites Classic IDX with additional 10" Blue Max 950 coil. I'm being offered it for $250 and wondering if anyone has any suggestions??? Thanks
