    Plans for a test garden?

    Must I choose between gold or coins and relics?

    I just decided to try this hobby and have a real problem with selection. Here in Chile S.A. there are gold mines most everywhere and the beaches and parks likewise are plenty full. Can I get an md that will suit me for everything or do I need two md's? Also, there's ton's of older md's on e-bay...
