    Minelab Sovereign Elite Sensitivity settings

    The question I have is Once I click it out of auto it goes into manual mode. I saw where someone said that just click it lightly out of auto and leave it there but I find that it is to sensitive. Where would it be best to set the sensitivity level?

    Where would be the best place to purchase the VR1, 1K Ohm 10% linear taper potentiometer that replaces the older one (10K) I haven't checked with Radio shack yet but if they don't have it who else would have this item?     What would be the best setting for the Minelab Elite for greatest depth on regular soil, not the beach. Also by adjusting the discriminate & notch settings to except just coins do you lose depth as well? I'm not 100% sure. Thanks
