    Looking for some honest opinions......

    I am a newbie and have purchased two detectors. One is a Bounty Hunter Prospector DX (which I believe is the same as a Pioneer 505) and the other is the Garrett ACE 250. I am going to a metal detector class offered by a local club. I will eventually learn how to use both, but which is the better...
