    LOOKING TO BUY 9X12 COIL FOR ACE 250

    i was looking to buy this coil to gain more depth for my machine. i mainly hunt for older coins and was wondering if this coil was worth getting. i heard that the bigger the coil the less sensitive it becomes on smaller objects. is this true? any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks, josh
