    non repeat signals

    hunting with a QDII. area hunting is pretty trashy because of flooding but could have potentional due to history. problem is i'm getting lots of beeps but at times cant get them to repeat. or at least repeat more than twice so i can zero in. those beeps are normally registering as 25 cents...

    new to MDing. always looked at detectors and talked to people who had them but never had to money to put out for my own. finally bit the bullet- did a bit of research and found a Quick Draw II for around $100. recieved it yesterday, got batteries and off we went. hit the local elem school...
