    Any Locksmiths out there?

I'd like to get a key for this old Southern Pacific Roadway & Bridge padlock. Most likely this lock is from the late 1800's. Probably all those padlocks had the same key for the different workers to gain entry. Any ideas on how to get one is appreciated. dstring

    Sanborn?

The Sanborn access has changed recently. Does anyone have a way to access them for Louisiana (Lake Charles)? I'm in Texas, but we visit relatives over there occasionally. Would like to do some research and maybe look around the next time we go. Thanks for any help you may be able to give!

    Picture problem

I've never added a picture to a message before. When I find my picture and click the "Upload File" attachment, a message comes up saying my picture is too big. The picture is a jpeg image, 585 kb. If there is a way to make it smaller, I don't know how. Can anyone help? I have Windows XP.

Which is the best digger? (New user)

Has anyone come up with a method of digging for coins (4 to 7 inches deep) in hard black gumbo dirt. I'm in the Houston area. When it's wet and rainy here, it's like digging in hard sticky clay. When it gets dry, its as hard as a brick (almost). David
