    Probably a stupid Question...

    Just for fun, I've been using a friends detector. It's a bounty hunter. Anyways. I am wondering if it is water proof? By that, I mean the bottom of it, the search thingy. Sorry to sound so stupid, but I have never used one before, and wanted to search a near by shallow creek, and curious to see...
