    Hunting Railroad tracks?

    is this a viable option? Ive been thinking about taking a walk down the track... is it feasible to search the ground immediatley on the sides of the track itself? or does one get too many false returns, or whatever you would call it. i mean, obviously train tracks have been around and well...
