    vaquero interference

    When I hunt with a guy who uses an MXT, my vaquero totally drives him crazy. I can't get within 15 feet of him. I get no interference at all from him. I have changed frequencies with no help at all. What's going on here anyway? Ist his machine or mine causing the problem?

    Magnifying for coin identification.

    I have trouble seeing the dates on many coins I find. I've tried hand held magnifying glasses but without success. Is there a hand held glass that's strong enough to do the job? Or is there a low powered microscope that is used by detectorists?

    sensitivity setting

    I have a tesoro vaquero. I have a question about the sensitivity setting. When I change the setting in air testing, it doesn't seem to make a significant change in target distance. But the more important question is, why wouldn't you leave it on the highest setting all the time?

    I am wanting to buy either a vaquero or a de leon. Is the de leon worth the extra dollars? I am primarily a coin, jewelery, and relic hunter. And how about the manual ground balance versus the factory set? Help will be appreciated. Dan
