    Mike in Ky, about the the bandido

    Hi Mike, I tried out the bandido you sold me today, and it seems the threshold knob is not working. the face plat seems lose, so when you push on the knob it makes a very loud threshold noise, and when you pull it back out it dosn't make any noise at all...don't know what to do. any...
