    Latest X70 Find

    This is my latest x70 find whilst coin shooting in a park at Preston, Lancashe, UK.... Where the hallmark is normally stamped it has "Eagle Art Richard Shorty 925" Total finds for the day

    Hammered Coin.....

    Finally after 23 years of detecting in the UK the Xterra 70 helped me find this little beauty.. It's the first hammered coin I have found in my whole detecting life. Coil used: 10" x 5" elliptical DD 18.75khz. It's a King John I, Class 6b2, North 975/2 dating from c. 1209-1217

    New Xterra 70

    Just recently bought an Xterra 70 with almost a full compliment of coils... (5) Which coil(s) are best for beaches , There is plenty of black sand just under the surface. My first time out on the beach I had many false signals and only two good ones. Many thanks for any advice. Cheers. H.H.
