    Xterra 70 serial number

Yea, I have the book, Randy has helped out the X-Terra masses a lot. I do find that relic hunting is a completely different animal for the X-Terra, if I find a coin, it's not expected in the places I hunt!

    Coils For The G2

Hello Monte! I picked the NEL Hunter 12.5 x 8.5" DD. I would like a little depth in good ground. Had the 1st G2 and 1st Gold Bug years ago. The G2 I have now came with the 5X9¾ elliptical that I will wade into the iron with. Had the 11" BiAxial coil in the past and it did well, found eagle...

    Coils For The G2

What aftermarket coils work for the G2? Thinking about the CORS Scout or the 11x12 Superfly. Anyone running these? Are they any better than the 11 inch Biaxial?

Back To An Old Friend, G2

Well, had the chance to pickup a 1st generation G2. Got to admit, one of the best iron trash site detectors ever! Found a lot of brass and lead with one 10 years ago.

    What ever happened to Morelic55

Yea, there are many of us that drop off because of life changes. I went thru a period where I pursued another passion my music and had little time to detect. In a Pink Floyd tribute band Still have 5 X-Terras and hope to get out more this year!

RELIC HUNTING COILS FOR THE XTERRA 705

I have used the 18.75 10.5DD for over 10 years on my X-Terras, even in iron trash, it finds the goods well. When I go to a site, I look for the square nails and hunker down and dig.

    Fixed my Coil Ears !!

Excellent Work! Than god that the X-Terra had less problem with this than the Nox had!!

    Xterra 705 old stock?

Still wish Minelab or Coiltek would make a 5x10 open frame, waterproof coil and a 11" DD like on the Nox and CTX.

Anyone Still Using The 70 or 705?

Found this on another Board.......... Minelab manufactured the X-Terra 50s and X-Terra 70s in Ireland. I owned both models and found them to be as good as any mid level detector made in 2005 to 2008. When the X-Terra 705, 305 and 505s came out in 2009 they were still made in Ireland I think...

Anyone Still Using The 70 or 705?

I've read that any made with a serial # below 3000 were made in Ireland.

Anyone Still Using The 70 or 705?

Sad day, I used my Low serial #70 yesterday and the notch indicators on the bottom of the screen have disappeared. The only way they show up is you notch out a segment. Still works, I always use all metal 2 tones anyways, never use the other patterns or notch anything out. Good thing is, I have...
