    I have friends who had many yrs experience on Deus1 before they bought Deus 2 and say it's night and day. Depth/separation in trash is WAY better on the 2.

    Forum Suggestion

    It would be easier if the forum title and gigantic picture of the Deus on top of this page was made smaller. We scroll more than two screens down, past that and the stickies, to get to the content. I understand the ad banner at the top but it seems that large pic of the Deus is an unpaid...

    Question about the top of the remote...

    They point out whats going on under with the disc line but I can't even see those marks in the field. It seems XP has all their marbles with the performance engineers...I'm imagining they write the best code they can for their programs then hand it off to other lesser engineers to "make it work"...

    Yeah, how the remote connects to the rod is BAD engineering. It's difficult to get on and can fall off.

    The VDI is a separate platform from the tones. They don't run in tandem. Being separate, they compliment each other. I wouldn't limit the machine by only going by tones. You won't give too much credence to one or the other by using both. Best of luck.

    I just got an email from XP regarding ANOTHER pinpointing issue I have. This one was that pinpointing doesn't work at all after I push the button. I see the pinpoint rectangle but no sound. I have to turn PP off then on again and it will work. XP said, "We will correct it in the next version...

    Ok, I guess I'm the only one experiencing this on the D2...how about is anyone not being able to get the large numbers up by pushing the two right side keys simultaneously? I either get the scan or the volume...never the switch to large numbers.

    PinPointing in Relic Mode

    Only in relic mode I hear multiple sounds when using the pin point function over a single target. It doesn't happen in other programs, just relic. You hear a large sound before the target, then a smaller sound over the target, then another large sound after the target. So a coin sized target...
