    10X5 EMI Issues

I have the 31" Lesche digger. I have found that if it is too close to the Nox when swinging (I carry it left handed and swing right) that on the end of my forward swing I have lost signals that are blatantly obvious such as a shallow quarter. I came across this accidentally one day and was like...

Minelab Equinox 800 - Civil War Relic Hunting - Finding What the other Detectors Missed

One thing I learned from REVIER and NCToad if you visit multiple forums, is that guys who spend alot of time in the field have multiple detectors. They all see things the others don't. That said. My Nox 600 has slayed since day one sites I thought I hunted out with my old f70 and absolutely...

Your Equinox silver count for the year?

Quarters and dimes add up pretty well in a calendar year. You can easily buy an ounce or two of silver, maybe a gram or 1/10 Oz coin of gold if you clad hard enough.

Your Equinox silver count for the year?

Make it 38. lol. Just found a 44 Nickel mixed in with my yearly clad clean up. 🤪

Your Equinox silver count for the year?

37 Silvers. Best year yet. Where i am there is very little virgin ground left. But. And a big but... I found my first gold in 10 years of detecting this year and it was a doozy. 1853 Half Sovereign. Rang in as a nickle. 6" deep.

    Deep nickel VDI numbers

@jim tn that's a weakness in my game for sure. If it's deep and has a large footprint I generally leave it alone unless I'm on old ground and it's one of my go back spots where there isn't much left and I'm in the mood.

    Deep nickel VDI numbers

Ya'll better be digging nickles. I went back to an old church I've nailed before and previously found a Silver Reale. Decided to notch in 10-38, multi, and auto tracking. Had a hard hitting 11-12-13 and zeroed in on 12 as I pin pointed exactly where the target was an shortened my swing. It was a...

    The Equinox sucks

I've had a lot of luck lately using the 6" cool om previously hunted with the 11" coil grounds. IMO, it may be a separation issue with the larger coil. I've found way more silver with my Nox 600 than I ever did with a f70 and all my pre 1900 coins are Nox finds. There is a reason many...

    Equinox 15" coil Minelab.

Purchased as new. Have not registered it yet so you can still get the full Warrenty. Great coil for fields, I'm just not fond of the weight as I get older. Only used a few times. Purchased this past summer. $180 shipped to 48 state US address. Not keen to ship it outside the Continental US...

    eBay user: Bryonheath

I've DM'd him through eBay a few times. Even gave him as out to work with in his response. No even one reply.

    eBay user: Bryonheath

I found him on FB but don't want to come off as a creeper. Bad vibes I guess.

    eBay user: Bryonheath

I was hoping he was a forum member and saw the post and would reach out. I'd really like the item as it would make life easier charging the NOX and cleaning it. Two others have recently purchase the same QR release so you'd think he could at least contact people if there was an issue instead of...

Two broke coils in one day

I broke my 15". They replaced without question, although it was a bit of a rigamorol to get the replacement back in my hands.

    eBay user: Bryonheath

Does anyone know eBay user Bryonheath from Connecticut? He sells 3d printed NOX accessories. I bought a head unit QR release from him, paid May 19th with no response to emails and item not shipped. I really want the item but there are time limits for claims if this guy is not going to honor...

    2 PC CARBON FIBRE SHAFT

I bought a Steves over the winter. I'm now a believer. By dumb luck, I found out if I rotate the top shaft a few degrees inward that my Carple Tunnel and elbow ache goes away and I can swing longer. Plus, iirc, weighing bare ML shaft to bare Steves shaft the difference was exactly 100 grams...

    Any regrets?

I use 5 tones. When I hit silver the sound is what call a plinker. the vdi never seems to be all that helpful. I tend to hunt by ear first and vdi second. Dimes and quarters are my sweet spot if I'm cherry picking, but those plinkers get me excited. once in a blue moon they turn out to be a...

    Minelab Americas Customer Care

Sent an email 3 weeks ago. No reply. I broke the ears on a 15" coil. My fault, tripped and fell, admitted it. Sent photos and asked if it could be repaired and ballpark how much it would cost.

Clay help: Calling all Bros & Sisters.

I'll give it a shot, but I find field 2 with the 15" is sketchy on a few shallow silvers so I abandoned it for park 1. Looking for deeper silvers in this clay I may have to reconsider.
