    I may disagree with that. I had a refurb Vx3 and had some issues. Called White's and Mary talked me through the reset procedure. It took care of the issue I had(screen issue). She didn't explain the reasoning behind it but said she does it a lot.

    I bought from a dealer and its still under warranty. I tried White's Friday to do a reset but they had just closed by the time I called. I may try again Monday to do a reset. Thanks Chris

    CZ7a Pro GB Question

    I've had a 3d, 6 and a 21 in the past but my (new to me) 7a pro doesn't seem to GB. My others I always ran at a setting of 10 on the salt but could gb on the dry. I've tried both methods and get no change in tone. Any suggestions??

    Explorer II Pinpointing

    Just received a new to me Exp II and hit the test garden. Seems to work just fine but really weak pinpointing. Have many coins at the 8-10" range and hits all of them but in pinpoint mode the tone is broken and not very convincing. Any suggestions?
