    I have a nox 800. My neighbor has a Legend. He has me do the updates, as he gets frustrated. Ive used both, and I have never prefered the legend. No comparison in my opinion. The nox absolutely outperforms the legend. The ONLY advantage the legend has is its waterproof. We both only hunt dry...

    Still finding plenty of coins, silver, and jewelry here with a Equinox. Id estimate perhaps $500 total for the year, and thats just a hour or 2, here and there, relaxing and enjoying the hunts. I gold ring, 1 gold ear ring, several silver jewelry pieces, and plenty of coins. I have not cashed it...

    Looks like software issue with Legend

    Is there a way to tell the bad speakers from the new speakers ? I reached out to Nokta, but they never replied. Is there any visable difference? If a person is buying a brand new legend, how can they be assured they are getting a good , newer version speaker?

    I hope you are correct! But I doubt a new version of the CTX, would be less expensive than the old version CTX. That would be too good to be true! Time will tell!

    Masking issues. There have been so many firmware updates over time, that they all have become diluted and foggy. Keep it in Beach Wet, even on dry ground, and it does ok.

    Nokta told us that they were working on another firmware version to fix issues with 1.09 , but absolutely nothing yet. That was aprox. 6 or 8 weeks ago, so I wouldnt hold my breath.
