    Is there any thing modern that compares to the SOV

    I like the Excal 2 , to me it's like having a waterproof Sov. .......same electronics just one is waterproofed.......I have my Excal belt mounted, with the tube just a little in front of my left side & swing the coil in my right hand using the stock S handle. Just my 2 cents. HH...Tab.

    minelab coil covers & sand !!!!!

    I know this has been ask & answered before, but how do ya'll keep the sand out of the coil cover.....I have an excal & like seeing the yellow rim around the coil....thought about putting hot glue around the rim of the cover ? any thoughts or suggestions that work would be appreciated....Thanks Tab.

    The older model Wader is the one with the blue shaft, blue headphones & the curly coil wire on it.... The older model Diver that is the yellow one..... Must have close up pics of both sides of the coils, both sides of the headphones, the curly coil wire & shafts.... PM me your pics & price...
