    Thought I had a good one from the beach this morning, looked good till I saw it was Superman. Well made but not gold or silver but always adds to the ring count. Equinox keeps on working for me at the beach.

    I have more than 100 tungsten, titanium and stainless steel rings, one big problem w it’s them is they are a hard and brittle metal and cannot be resized. I give them to friends, grandkids and Salvation Army.

    Went to the beach on low tide to search the low water level due to the King Tide. Was only there about 45 minutes and started raining. I was lucky enough to pick up this 10K ring on the way back in low water. Stones are only zirconium but is a keeper in beautiful shape.

    Low tide beach hunting last night I found a 14K wedding band with my Nox 800. When I got home my wife said that it probably had an engagement ring with it as it comes off before the band. I returned on low tide this morning and found the engagement ring to. Nice diamonds and in excellent condition.

    Help for coil ears

    I would like to add wear on center shaft also, too much torque will break the ears. The wobble is at the connection of upper and lower shaft. Washers need replaced more frequently than most people do.

    Beach hunt on 12/27 proved to be a good one. Warm weather must have brought the people out and I found a left over. Glad I made the effort to hunt the shell line, not a lot of hits but this one made me smile. Merry Christmas all!

    Hunting the beach today I found a 10K ring extremely small with three stones that may be diamonds. It has to be a baby ring as it don’t even come close to a 1 on my ring sizer. Pretty cool ring and gold.
