    Well I got it done. What had done was to keep clicking on the expanded files. What I forgot was to click on the icon that the files put on the desktop. Duh.

    I have updated all the updates up to 2.77. But using all the same procedures, connections, etc., I used for the previous ones, v 2.78 doesn't work. ???

    4Khz luck

    I get the most depth at 4 khz, boost mode, gnd bal at -2, and sens as reactivity, as req,d. (in most of my soils). Hits all targets.

    The 9 inch HF coil is the only one I have used with the two methods over about two hours so don't know how the X35 coils would work.

    You should probably ask Nokta. The Deus notch does not lose depth so not all detectors are the same, ask an expert, or just try it with a test target.
