    Sounds like you have a bad leg on the three wire set. I would have XP replace it if it's new/under warranty. Sorry you are having this issue. :(

    Just trying to help. The three way cord has 3 completely different connectors that are not interchangeable to charge ANYTHING but the component they connect to. CLAMP = COIL THREADED CONNECTOR=REMOTE MINI USB=WS6 PUCK I am charging all 3 right now without issue. Sometimes it takes a few minutes...

    FWIW. I bought the new shaft from Steve's Shafts that he recently released. All I can say is that it is night and day superior to the stock shaft. It is stiffer and the ergonomics are superior with his arm cuff design. Zero wrist issues.

    The biggest problem folks have had is NOT using the correct USB port. The software requires minimum USB2 and preferably USB3. The USB port to use should be blue.

    Sorry, I got real busy. Diving mode locks out all the buttons apparently to protect the unit under water. There is an "Unlock" sequence for Diving mode. It's in the video link below.

    Just make sure you didn't accidentally put the machine in "Diving" mode. No buttons work in this mode as it locks them out.

    It doesn't "switch" modes. Where the antenna is attached to the coil is the wireless transmitter for the RC and the WS6. The wire only picks up the signal from there and carries it through water to the receiver of the remote.
