    Whats the best sand scoop? Need help

    I'm looking to get a new sand scoop and I already have a very heavy duty one for digging in the water. I 'm looking for a scoop that is mid-weight and works good in dry sand and maybe in a foot of water. Any help would be great. Thanks

    Need advice on beach/shallow water detector

    I currently have an Excal 2 and I want to buy a second detector for guests who fly in to visit. What would be a decent detector with a low low price that works in the shallow surf. Headphones aren't necessary. Any help would be great!

    I just read that setting discriminate at 1 was the hot ticket for beach hunters. What number should I set the sensitivity at for the beach?
