    2nd detector choice

    I have been detecting for a little under 2 years now with explorer and love the machine. i Have noticed over that time that many of you also have another detector to complement your explorer. What is a good machine and where does it excel that the explorer lacks.

    ring markings

    5 minutes in neighbors yard with explorer produced a ring(looks like a wedding band)looks like it's silver. the markings inside ring is the letter u with arrow through it and then the number 6. Anybody know what the symbols mean. tried taking a picture but my digital camera is terrible at close...
