    Wireless connection - under water?

NOW this would be a game changer: IF the wireless connection will remain communication when the control box is submerged. Both the ATMAX with the Z-Lynk and the CTX3030 loose connection between the control box and the headphones when the box is submerged. The ATPro with the Z-Lynk system is not...

If ANYONE had a doubt about the ATPro in salt water...check out the below link...I never got to the end of the photos before I had to post. https://www.instagram.com/christian.fx/ I personally have found gold in salt water with my ATPro. But I think I might move south.

TODAY IS THE DAY - MAY 6th

Almost 11:30 on the east coast, no information can be found. The best "leak" was from one dealer: One of the products sure to create attention will be a new All-Terrain (AT) product that is slated for a spring 2017 release. Just like the current AT Pro, AT Gold, ATX, and Pro-Pointer AT, this...

The 50 year rule, guess I need help

It really got to me while reading an-other's post. It makes me feel really OLD when I find a coin ten years younger than I am and can't remember who to turn it into. This morning I found a 1956 Wheatie. Anyone know who I should send it to? Or am I among equally perplexed detectorists? I have...

Swinging and ATPro in the COLD (freezing) temps! ! !

check out the photos in this post: Hit the water last week Friday and while we didn't get in to any of the good stuff, we still had a good time out there digging everything else. The water was ripping quite a bit so I couldn't get out too deep, but after it was all said and done, I couldn't...

:crylol:28 RING rings in 16 HOURS (7 days)

9AU, 3Pt, 5AG, 5 tungsten 6 yet to be cleaned and identified. Most likely they are junk. One hat trick (Platinum, Gold and Silver in one day). Two rings with diamonds: 3 on one and 6 on the other. One 24K ring. I had to fight a sting ray and jelly fish for the right to detect. Great fun! Best...

Drone to capture video of shark

I captured the drone1 How you have found one of these? From the depths of Davy Jones’ locker came a very unexpected find. I pulled the SD card hoping to see some sharks but I was not able to retrieve any video. Too many limpets fowled the drone’s surfacing efforts. But they were no match for...

Garrett discontinues Infinium line in new 2016 catalog

Although Garrett has discontinued the Infinium line - my Infinium is still a keeper! Instructional videos, as of yesterday, have also been removed from the Garrett Video listing. BUT... They are still available on You Tube. Search for "Garrett Metal Detectors Infinium LS - Part", you'll find...

    Massachusetts Law about Beach Rights

Massachusetts tidal area i.e. high tide mark to median low / extreme low tide water is very confusing going back to the 1600s. If you are on the beach with no intent to fish or fowling or for “navigating” in this area and you are not in a vessel or swimming you are on privately owned land. You...

:pinnochio My BIGGEST ring in 33 years! :detecting:

Kennedy agrees...He can slip through the ring and is dwarfed by the “stone”. The ring fit over the size 15 and onto the handle of the ring size gauge.

My biggest dime score; ever! :yikes: :stars:

While looking for a pearl earring, I scored with 50 coins in ONE SCOOP! A blast in the headset was MUCH bigger than the earring I was searching for, but I HAD to dig it. In the scoop was a roll of dimes precariously held together by its dissolving bank wrapper. Too bad they were all clad.
