    First silver coin with the box 600

    This is funny. I have been hunting house in the 50 s and old parks but no silver. Today I went to a playground no old. 2.44 clad and a 1944 d walking half. Never would have guessed.

    Went to a older dirt track under the stands. This is kind of funny. Under the stands in was so many pull tabs you couldn't see the ground. The 600 didn't work to good there.

    Saw a video on putting a silver coins on edge. So I tried it with a box 600, f75 and a cz 5. The box 600 in multiple tones will hit a silver quarter across the coin but not length wise in any frequency. The other 2 detectors did the same. Also clad dime and quarter does the...

    HuntHu with no. 5 frequency

    Went to a park and it has been hunted a lot. Using park 2 and 5 frequency got 3.42 in class. It makes the 600 quiet. A lot easier to hunt with. Find nickels a lot easier. But if you have a I d no. In 34 or higher and makes a gurgling sound its iron. No. 21 is caps. But but...

    Coil support

    I didn't like the way the coil would move when you set it down so I put a plastic support on the back of the rod to the coil. The coil can't flop around when you set it down . Made out of a plastic handle of a carry box.

    First hunt with 600

    Got it yesterday. Go it all put gather and cut the bottle caps out on park 2. Today went to a little park that I have hunted a lot. There 2 hrs. Got no new coins all old clad 2.72 . Looks like it is going to be a good detector.
