    Gas valves

Thats actually a huge draw for me to this hobby….things of the past many times were very quality, such as gold items and especially silver coins/items, along with items such as above made of brass, copper, bronze….. To see a rotten zinc that’s been in the ground 6 years as opposed to a seated...

    Gas valves

Wow that’s a crazy cool ornate lineup there! You must hunt a fair number of old homesites to have that many, I’ve never even found one, but also hunt only public ground. Very nice, beautiful pieces! All Victorian era I gather?

Be careful using discrimination especially on the beach my video With Manticore

I know nothing about beach hunting but something doesn’t seem right if the filters are really all off. It still sounds like it’s trying to discriminate when supposedly wide open. Ground Stability 3 might cause it, any disc or notch might cause it, BC on or Silencer might cause it….let us know if...

Very good video by Gary how to guage the depth of a target

Me too🤨 Since I just raise the coil while sweeping to gauge depth I don’t really ever use the PP function anyway but this has me wondering what’s up… And Del…yeah no kidding.

Question on getting the basic deus II without remote to start with

As far as raw ability of the WS6 master which you are considering vs the full remote size setup…non. The puck is a bit more difficult to navigate at first but after several times through the unit it will be fine. The full size remote is nice to have if you want to make constant adjustments to...

    GoTerrain App

    That’s not good….😆

    GoTerrain App

Yep, it’s just the way we hunt and where we hunt doesn’t really warrant it. Hunting massive fields or endless woods to mark cellar holes or such….sure. It’s simply not what you and I do. Hey, my 11x13” coil just got here yesterday Dan! And we just got 12” of snow in the last 4 days….😆

    GoTerrain App

I did get a chance to use it and it worked just as advertised. But…I don’t think it’s going to bring anything further to my actual hunting and overall production, unless I start hunting some fields and woods. I usually hunt alone and don’t think anyone else I know is going to want to spend the...

Update on the xp deus 2

No v2.1. Read his sentence carefully, that’s a period to end the sentence…😆

First hunt of 2024, first firearm!

Could’ve been tiny iron that broke up when you dug the holes. Unless you lower the disc all the way and remove notch you probably wouldn’t get a response if it’s all broken into rust flake by digging and disturbing. Ground Balance was done or Tracking ON? I had the 13” coil before and have...

We would need to know what your desired target is to make recommendations….

calabash digger depth test with the light

One thing that people HAVE to take into account, and I was taken aback at some of his previous depth tests because none of my machines go anywhere close to that deep around here…his soil is basically SAND. What he is showing will basically never happen if you have anything BUT what he has, so...

Pulled the trigger on a XP Deus 2

Spot on for high conductors in the US….Silver Slayer!

Pulled the trigger on a XP Deus 2

I have no idea how long you’ve been hunting, what you hunt, where you hunt….any of that. All I can say is that if you take the time to be able to navigate through the menus this machine has the potential to really elevate your hunting in general. But it takes a commitment to learn the menus. It...

    GoTerrain App

I’m headed out tomorrow with it Bob. I have a good memory for what I found where, and where the hotspots in my sites seem to be but I’m basically just going to test functionality and ease of use. I doubt it’ll add anything remarkable to my actual hunting but we’ll see.

    Change coil charging clamp

One thing that is not helping your charger is the condition of the coil itself. All the dirt and grass and junk in the edges of the cover are pushing the edges away from the coil slightly and making a precision fit out of tolerance. Clean the coil and cover, reassemble, attach clip.

My deus 2 shine in Mexico

Nice ones Rafael! Those are small, and the D2 does “small” very well! Now…keep going!🤠

    Deus 2 and 4khz.

I think 23-24 notch is the coke setting, also notch just being at 00-00 takes out little nuisances per Gary’s video. I’m in the US but the concern with filters hindering performance for me isn’t a thing because what I gain in stability allows for actual good signals to be more pronounced, even...

    Equinox 800 noisy

Yeah? Well…I was hunting with my Explorer that had a Sunray probe on it and hunted for a solid half hour with a VERY quiet machine until I figured out that I hadn’t switched it back to the main coil. In the meantime a guy hunting with me swung over the same area I had just “hunted” and found an...

    Equinox 800 noisy

Posted 11/26 and haven’t heard from the OP since. Probably went back to the M6. Some people get to a certain place and never get beyond that place. The 800 is not hard to figure out. What IS hard to figure out is when someone asks for advice and immediately disappears.😆
