    The false from the point. With iron vol 3 you will hear it honk, which will be the clue u need.

    Also in the above u have iron volume 0, if these do fall in the iron area u may want to hear the iron signal.

    Ive had no issues. Not even a dead battery after 4 years. Used the heck out of it too. As for the ears, no issues for, ive always kept them loose so the coil can pivot as it needs too, just snug to the point right before coils would lock up. This tightness served me well for stock and magnum coil.

    No vid ever, can u wave right under coil and get anything? A notch should do it, but you need a range to try

    Only settings i know of are sensitivity and reactivity. Lowering these will reduce chatter. If freq scan and lowering these does not resolve area, you should try another program, you might find one less affected by the emi. I have found the deus pretty good in high emi areas.

    Maybe, but they were big into other things then, shaving cream for one. I have a cap that looks just like that, but the size of a half dollar, refillable shaving cream tube i found it was. Stuff was well made back then.

    4k is a power drain, and solo freq loses the multi freq advantages - less depth less accurate id, less ability to detect small items. Much better to hunt in multi. Again, the ii is nice as is, but a simple American coin mode in the menu would be winner, plus it would sell a few units, win win.

Also i notice on 99s when they are strong and register on the meter, i get a related hit on the mineral strength meter. Most ground around minneapolis does not register any bars on mineral strength.
